To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at vishal855693@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Insta Reel Scheduler account. Please include your Razorpay payment receipt or Subscription ID in the email.
Once your request is approved, we will process the refund immediately through Razorpay. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Profile Dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless it falls within the initial 7-day guarantee window.
